FJ-C640 series fluorocarbon coating for solar PET film
Introduction：
On the basis of PVDF series hot setting fluorocarbon coatings, Shanghai Fuleda Fluorocarbon Material Co., Ltd has developed FJ-H700 series fluorocarbon coatings, which are applicable to coiled material. FJ-H700 series is produced in accordance with USA AAMA2605 standards and GB/T17748, with coating performance and workability reaching to international standards of similar products.
FJ-H700 series fluorocarbon coatings adopt high-quality PVDF fluorocarbon resin which is made at home and abroad, with out-door weather resistance of more than 20 years. Content of PVDF resin in PVDF is more than 70%. The coating adopts inertia ceramic inorganic pigment, which is dedica-ted fluorocarbon coating for precoat coil.
Application Fields：
Galvanized steel coil, aluminium alloy coil, aluminizing zinc coil, coating coil and coating steel plate.

Coating Process Description：
Since the adhesion force between FJ-H700 series fluorocarbon coatings and the processed coated steel plate and coated aluminum sheet are both outstanding, it is required to render by using FJ- H700A priming coating.
Since it will produce a lot of smog while baking, pay attention to exhaust.
Generally, in order to get right viscosity, it is required to dilute FJ-H700 series fluorocarbon coatings by using matched dedicated thinner before use.
Coating requirements:：
FJ-H700 series fluorocarbon coatings have well applicability, which can meet requirements of coating speed at 10-60m/min on assembly line. FJ-H700 series fluorocarbon coatings are applicable to both steel roller and plastic roller equipment.
Packaging and Supplying：
The packaging of FJ-H700 series fluorocarbon coating all adopts metal drum. The specifications are as follows:

The order for goods shall be carried out in accordance with Fuleda color card, without minimum order quantity requirement. The minimum order quantity for top coat, matching priming order and finishing coat according to other companies’ samples is 20kg, with delivery period being 2-5 days (free of transportation time).
