Introduction:

FJ-M500 series fluorocarbon coatings, made by Shanghai Fuleda Fluorocarbon Material Co., Ltd， are kinds of new pre-coated and thermoset fluorocarbon coil coatings that processed with inorganic pigment or pearlescent pigment of weathering resistance, acid and alkali resistance and tempe- rature resistance，with fluoro olefin-vinyl ether (ester) as main film forming material.

FJ-M500 series fluorocarbon coatings are manufactured in strict accordance with standards GB/T17748. As new out-door top-grade coil coating with ultra weathering resistance, they have surpassed the traditional PVDF fluorocarbon coatings on coating hardness, stain resistance, toolability, gloss selectivity, decoration and so on.

Application Fields:

Roller pre-coat products such as aluminium alloy plate, galvanized steel sheet, copper alloy sheet, iron alloy sheet, galvanized sheet, coated aluminium plate, coated steel plate and pre-coated aluminium shutter.

Performance Characteristics:

■　Adopt high-quality FEVE fluorocarbon resin which is made at home and abroad;

■　Good adhesion between coating and substrate, various formulation methods of coatings;

■　Adopt pigments and fillers that applicable to PVDF fluorocarbon coatings;

■　Possess better pollution resistance and raindrop imprint resistance than PVDF fluorocarbon coatings;

■　Possess better gloss selectivity and decoration performance than PVDF fluorocarbon coatings;

■　Higher solidification speed, which is applicable to high-speed coating assembly line;

■　Thermoset coating will not soften again in post-process, with no processed trace;

■　Good leveling property. The film forming material is good for wettability of pigments, which can adjust to stainless and rubber covered roller.

Classification：

FJ-M500 series fluorocarbon coatings are monocomponent baking curing fluorocarbon coatings, composing of priming coat, top coat, finish coat and thinner. There are two kinds of coating composing systems of FJ-M500 to be selected by customer, namely one-layer system and two- layer system.

Coating Process Program：

Process①: (one-pack coating) the process without using base coat

Characteristics: the process is simple, which is applicable to the coating assembly line of one coating and one baking．

Process②:(solid color) using the dedicated base coat firstly, then applying top cost.

Characteristics: standard process, whose product quality is conforming to national standards.

Process③：(metallic color) applying finish coat, with metallic paint as the base coat

Characteristics: applicable to new generation of two coatings and two baking high-speed coating equipment

Description of the process:：

Since good adhesion force between FJ-M500 series fluorocarbon top coat and the processed coated steel plate and coated aluminum sheet, it is allowed to apply the top coat directly. When there is thickness requirements from the customer, use FJ-M500 base coat before applying the top coat.

Since it will generate a lot of smog while baking, pay attention to exhaust.

Generally, in order to get right viscosity, it is required to dilute FJ-M500 series fluorocarbon coatings by using matched dedicated thinner before use.

Coating requirements:：

FJ-M500 series fluorocarbon coatings have well applicability, which can meet requirements of coating speed at 10-60m/min on assembly line. FJ-M500 series fluorocarbon coatings are applicable to both steel roller and plastic roller equipment. As to the assembly line with higher speed (such as linear speed>60m/min), the applicability of FJ-M500 series fluorocarbon coatings are better than that of PVDF coatings.

The order for base coat, finish coat, top coat and thinner which is in accordance with Fuleda color card has no minimum order quantity requirement. According to other companies’ samples，the minimum order quantity for top coat of monocolor is 20kg, with delivery period being 2-5 days (free of transportation time).
