Introduction：

FJ-C300 series waterborne fluorocarbon coatings are a new type of environmen- tally-friendly fluorocarbon coating with super weathering resistance. They are confected from the acid and alkali resistant inorganic pigment and filling, metallic pigment, pearlescent pigment, auxiliary agent etc. by Shanghai Fuleda Fluoroca- rbon coating Fluorocarbon Material Co. Ltd., with taking super weathering resistance fluoro-resin emulsion as the base material.

Application Fields：

FJ-C300 series waterborne fluorocarbon coatings can be widely used in the painting dressing of outdoor structures which are used chronically without the necessity for maintenance, such as outdoor architectures (e.g. house, apartment, office building, factory, storehouse, express way, bridge, railway, and chimney), large-scale open installations (e.g. pipelines and stock tank of petroleum or chemical).

Performance:

■　High environmentally-friendly

　　There is no poisonous color in the coating. Its VOC value is near zero. It is odor free, harmless, environmentally-friendly.

■　Super weathering resistance

　　Outdoor sever life is more than twenty years.

■　Corrosion resistance to chemicals

　　This series coating has corrosion resistance to chemicals, such as acid, alkali and salt etc. and its solvent resistance is higher than most waterborne coating. It can be applied in the corrosion environment, such as the acid rain area, industrial polluted area and ocean climate area, without being damaged.

■　Stain resistant

　　Because of its high content of fluorine, the coating surface can not be stained easily and is convenient for cleaning. Its hydrophobic surface is anti-rainprint.

■　Fine ornamental

　　Just as the solvent-borne fluorocarbon coating，FJ-C300 waterborne fluorocarbon coating can be mixed into coating with various colors(e.g. solid color, metallic color, pearlescent color and special color etc.), and low, moderate gloss. Its color development is beyond that of solvent- borne coating.

■　Excellent construction performance

　　Spray coating, roller coating, and brush coating is allowed, but not sagging. Its excellent adhesion realizes its good and tight adherence on the majority of materials. For metallic lacquer, roller coating, brush coating can be adopted with nearly no floating phenomenon. The film is punky, cracking resistance. The film can form in low temperature and has large construction scope. So it can be applied easily.

■　Economical efficiency

　　It has the advantages of long service life, low maintenance cost, and high cost performance if applied in long-term.

Construction Notice：

Painting method: Spray coating, roller coating, andbrush coatin

Dilute：By using ＜10% water

Time interval of painting: Minimum 2 hours

Preceding requirement: Be sure that there is no floating dust and oil stain in base material whose moisture content＜10%, and PH＜10. It is better to precoat the close base coat

Construction environment: Temp. is not less than 5℃; Humidity is not more than 85%.

Packing and storage: 20L/barral, keep it hermetically in cool and dry place. Storage time of plain colored or finishing coating is 12 months, and of metallic paint coating is 6 months.
